Do Not Mass Launch Your Sites
Mass launching your sites is often recommended by the “gurus” of Adsense.
Their advice is to roll out as many of these sites as possible to make more money and beat your competition. However this is not always the soundest piece of advice.
When you make sites with Google in mind this is definitely not the way to go. When the Googlebots detect a whole lot of sites going up at a rapid pace from one source they send a red alert to Google stating that there is someone trying to spam the engine and guess what? Your sites are banished to the sand box. What’s more you will not even be aware of it.

Why would the Googlebots assume this?
Because when many sites are launched at one time it looks like you are trying to make a whole lot of sites expressly for the purpose of multiple links and incorrectly raise their sites’ Page ranks. This is termed spamdexing. Believe it or not people actually do this and that is why Googlebots are programmed to put up the red alert when they see this.
You will not even be aware of this until you have lost valuable time and money just waiting around. The answer to the problem is to disregard the “gurus” with their get rich quick tactics and use your business instincts. Work on something get it right and then move on to the next thing. This is so with sites. Get one site at a time launched, work on traffic and quality content. When it is pulling traffic and visitors are actively clicking on your little Adsense links then move on to the next site. In this way you can be making money as you build but more importantly you will have the Google machine on your side.

You actually will not lose money to your competition if you choose your keywords for your site correctly.
It is important when you build any site to do this right. Not only choose targeted keywords for your website but be sure they are niche keywords and phrases. Popular and well searched with less supply (websites). If you are doing Adsense sites these keywords must be high paying ones as well. Once you do this you will find there will be less competition and enough traffic to make you a good profit.
Another thing to do to ensure you keep on top without mass launching is to work on each site and add new content every week. This will keep them in front of Google’s eyes and your visitors will return for more information.
Added to this do some blogging on Google’s blog site http://blogger.com and include anchor links leading back to your new content. Googlebots crawl blogger.com regularly looking for new blogs. They will find yours and follow the links back to your content. This can get your new webpage indexed in about 48 hours. Remember to blog about every 2-3 days, if you can, with links back to your site. Make your blogs interesting and relevant to your industry so people will want to click on your links.Remember to partner with Google and play by their rules and you will make successful profit pulling sites the Google way.
